BOARD SUPPORT SERVICES

We are more than just minute takers, we actively participate and guide meetings on aspects of good corporate governance and best practices.

Our board support services include but not limited to the following:

Annual General Meeting         

  • Preparation of notice of shareholders’ meeting, proxy forms and Chairman’s agenda
  • Preparation and circulation of AGM pack
  • Maintaining all aspects of AGM including attendance register and voting procedures
  • Drafting of AGM minutes

Resolutions

  • Preparation of Ordinary and Special written resolutions
  • Drafting of an extract of minutes and resolutions

Board and Committee Meetings

  • Preparation of corporate calendars, workplans, agenda for Board and Committee meetings
  • Preparation and circulation of electronic and hardcopy of Board packs
  • Meeting attendance
  • Drafting of minutes and Matters arising schedules
  • Preparation of matters arising and follow up on action list
  • Assist the Chairman and directors in the conduct of meetings
  • Advising on legal and governance requirements during meetings as required
