Who we are and what we do

We are a specialist corporate governance, risk compliance and company secretarial services partner to businesses of all sizes. We offer outsourced company secretariat services, governance audits, risk analysis, audits and management and compliance services to companies. We have established corporate links in Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia and Swaziland. Our team comprises four partners who work with consultants’ teams of widely varied expertise and experience in the sphere of corporate services.

We pride ourselves in being cost-effective alternative to employing a full-time company secretary. Our partners have worked in the various corporate governance, risk management and company secretariat roles for a combined period exceeding 35 years.

Umlilo services range from basic CIPC matters to broad compliance which includes King IV, Board management matters and committees meeting support. At board and committees’ meetings we are not only minute takers but add value in advising you of the best practice and good governance as prescribed in the jurisdiction legislation and King IV where this applies.
